पटना 09 जुलाई: सीएबी के सचिव आदित्य वर्मा ने बीसीसीआई के अध्यक्ष सौरभ दादा से लम्बी बात कर बिहार क्रिकेट टीम के जुनियर सिनीयर लड़के एवं लडकियों के टीए डीए तथा मैच फी को जल्द भुगतान कराने के लिए निवेदन किया है कोरोना जैसे महामारी के कारण बहुत से क्रिकेटरो के परिवार मे पैसे का तंगी हो गया है ।
बहुत खिलाडियों के गारजियन भी फोन कर अपनी तकलीफ वयां कर रहे है । इधर बीसीसीआई के ओर से विनोद राय पैनल ने 11 कड़ोर रूपए पिछले साल सितंबर महिने में बीसीए को बिहार क्रिकेट के विकास हेतु दिया था । अफसोस है कि बिहार क्रिकेट संघ के अधिकारियों ने नियम कानून की धजीयॉ उड़ाते हुए पैसे खर्च करने शुरू कर दिया सभी ने निजी स्टाफ वहाल कर सैलरी देने लगे लेकिन बीसीसीआई के दूारा प्रायोजित अंडर 16, 19,23एवम जूनियर सिनियर महिला पुरुष खिलाड़ियों को मैच फी तो दूर उनका टीए, डीए भी आज तक नहीं मिला है ।
दादा ने कहा कि सारी बातो को बीसीसीआई को मेल करो । मैने आज बीसीसीआई को सुचित कर दिया साथ मे बहुत खिलाड़ियों के माता पिता भी नाम छुपाने के शर्त पर कोरोना महामारी से आए तंगी का जिक्र करते हुए लिखित मे अपने दुख को बताया । बहुत जल्द ही बीसीसीआई से मिले पैसे का हिसाब किताब को कराने के लिए बीसीसीआई से निवेदन किया जाएगा ।

It’s my painful request to all dignetries of bcci regarding payments of all participants of Jr and Sr Men’s and women’s Cricket players of Bihar, who represented the Bihar Cricket team on Board matches in the Men’s and Women’s catogry for the season 2019-20. Sorry to say, BCCI recognised BCA as an affiliated unit of BCCI in the light of hon’ble supreme order dated 04.01.18 . Earlier BCCI grant Rs 10.80 crores to BCA, Patna under the advice of COA in the September 2019 for the running of BCA smoothly. Very Surprisingly BCA started giving payments to personal staff of President, Secretary, treasurer and other staff, very funny Every officials of BCA have PA without following the norms of Lodha reforms approved by SC in his order. I don’t want to discuss other illegal things because it is the subject of enquiry.
We are in crucial period of Corona many pairents is suffering on monetary crisis they requested to officials of BCA for the genuine payments of their kids who played for bihar in board matches but BCA has been divided in two groups under President and Secretary. BCA has account in one national bank of Patna which operated by President Group. If something happened in the family of any cricketers due to money crisis who will be responsible for this.
My humble request to you kindly make arrangements of the payment of players in Bihar as soon as possible.

अगर जरुरत पडा तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट से विनती किया जाएगा कि बिहार क्रिकेट के विकास के लिए बीसीसीआई से मिले पैसे की सही जॉच के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट बीसीसीआई को निर्देश जारी करे । मैने बीसीसीआई के अध्यक्ष को बोला है कि पैसे के तंगी के कारण कोई अप्रिय घटना किसी क्रिकेटर के परिवार मे घट जाए तो कौन जिम्मेवार होगा ।
