30 सितंबर: टोक्यो 2020 ओलंपिक की आयोजन समिति ने मिकाको कोटानी को अपना नया खेल निदेशक चुना है। वह गुरुवार को पद संभालेंगी। कोटानी ने 1988 सोल ओलंपिक में लयबद्ध तैराकी में दो कांस्य पदक जीते थे जिसे अब कलात्मक तैराकी के नाम से जाना जाता है।
